Dear Parent,
Through this exercise, the child learns to (i) sing across a typical vocal range known as one octave and (ii) control their volume and breath as they do so in one go.
Please also see our point-wise feedback below (based on needs work/ good/ excellent):
Confidence and Independence – excellent
Understanding of the concept or exercise – needs some work
Singing/ Pitching – good, needs some work
Rhythm – excellent
Overall control (volume, breath etc) – excellent
Pronunciation/ recollection of lyrics – good
Notes: Reizl is not following the Tootly tune for the first half, and is making up her own as she goes 🙂 Thats why its best to listen and repeat after Tootly, when recording too. She has sung the second line correctly.
We also noticed she has completed 5 Day lessons in a single day – this may lead to doing lessons without properly learning and remembering as above. Please avoid.
