Hope you liked making patterns with the rainbows and Tootly! Here are some more rainbows for you πππππ
Dear Parent,
We are now advancing in the vocal complexity we use in our exercises. We are also helping children βvisualiseβ the patterns and the logic behind them, and slowly encourage them to create their own too. This set of exercises help internalise the base notes (sa and high sa) effectively, while also creating relative maps for the rest of the notes.
Sukrit has grasped the concept clearly and sung the first exercise quite well too. Please help him do the second pattern as well.
Please also see our point-wise feedback below (based on needs work/ good/ excellent):
Confidence and Independence – good
Understanding of the concept or exercise – excellent
Singing/ Pitching – good*
Rhythm – good
Overall control (volume, breath etc) – good, needs some work*
Pronunciation/ recollection of lyrics – excellent
Note: Sukrit – good to see you have understood the logic behind the exercise. When you sing for recording, for those 2 min, try to sing each note with focus and without making funny sounds in the middle π
You can do another version with funny sounds before or after that π
And please do the second pattern as well – its much tougher, so you will need to pay more attention.
Look forward to hearing more from you. π
