Glad to see you are doing your lessons regularly, and hear you again! You’ve tried well, please see our note below though! Keep up the good work and here are some stars FunnyMouth and Tootly have sent for you from the sky so high! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Dear Parent,
Through this exercise, the child learns to (i) sing across a typical vocal range known as one octave and (ii) control their volume and breath as they do so in one go.
Please also see our point-wise feedback below (based on needs work/ good/ excellent):
Confidence and Independence – good
Understanding of the concept or exercise – good
Singing/ Pitching – good, needs some work
Rhythm – excellent
Overall control (volume, breath etc) – excellent
Pronunciation/ recollection of lyrics – good
Notes: Just notice how Tootly sings ‘sky-y’ and not sky and ‘hi-gh’ and not just high..listen carefully and try to copy it exactly 🙂
Also note the joining between the first and second halves of the song. You sang the first half perfectly, but missed to start the second line from the same high note..
If you are unsure, feel free to listen and repeat with Tootly.
Look forward to hearing more from Manasvi and meeting her soon. Your second live meet can be scheduled once you complete Day 18.
