Tanisha seems to have enjoyed this exercise. She maybe needs a bit more practice when doing the full pattern and then moving on to trying the variations , eg silent patterns – so first practice with all the ones you say something for every beat, and once she’s learnt up the pattern well you can move on to the ones where either ‘apple’ or ‘orange’ is silent beat.
It would be useful for her to repeat this assignment, try all the patterns. Email it to us at [email protected]
