Dear Meera,

Nice to hear you again! I see you’ve sung very well! Keep up the good work and here are some stars FunnyMouth and Tootly have sent for you from the sky so high! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dear Parent,

Through this exercise, the child learns to (i) sing across a typical vocal range known as one octave and (ii) control their volume and breath as they do so in one go.

Meera has done well on both aspects above. Please also see our point-wise feedback below (based on needs work/ good/ excellent):

Confidence and Independence – excellent
Understanding of the concept or exercise – excellent
Singing/ Pitching – good
Rhythm – excellent
Overall control (volume, breath etc) – excellent
Pronunciation/ recollection of lyrics – good

Notes: Meera – just remember to say sky-y (and not just sky) and hi-gh (and not high). Listen closely to how tootly sings it – you’ve sung it correctly with Tootly, but missed it when you’re singing on your own.

Look forward to hearing more from Meera and meeting her soon. The next live meet can be scheduled once you complete Day 18.
