Kiaara has a good, strong voice. This first exercise is to help kids free up their voices, become conscious to their ‘singing’ (vs talking, shouting) voice and understand the listen-sing mode of learning. She has sung the exercise correctly, independently and well. Please see our point-wise feedback below:
Confidence and Independence – excellent
Understanding of the concept or exercise – excellent
Pitching – good
Rhythm – not applicable for this exercise
Overall control (volume, breath etc) – excellent
Pronunciation/ recollection of lyrics – excellent
Note: In every lesson that needs a recording to be done, you can scroll down and click on the RECORD button there. Continue listening and signing as usual. Once down, click STOP recording and download your file with just 1 click. On the submission page, you can attach the relevant file to continue. This way you don’t need a second device for recording. Hope this helps.
We also note that in Round 1, she is singing along with the audio, rather than listen-and-sing-after. Doing lead-follow will help her hit the note more accurately. However, overall we note that she is able to sing across the range and sing the notes correctly for most of the part. So please feel free to go ahead with confidence.
