Hello again, I see you’ve sung very well! Keep up the good work and here are some stars FunnyMouth and Tootly have sent for you from the sky so high! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Dear Parent,
Through this exercise, the child learns to (i) sing across a typical vocal range known as one octave and (ii) control their volume and breath as they do so in one go.
Vishaan has done well on both aspects above. Please also see our point-wise feedback below (based on needs work/ good/ excellent):
Confidence and Independence – excellent
Understanding of the concept or exercise – excellent
Singing/ Pitching – excellent
Rhythm – excellent
Overall control (volume, breath etc) – excellent
Pronunciation/ recollection of lyrics – good*
Notes: We notice Vishaan is dragging the words a bit – you could encourage him to sing without the lead, and imagine he is performing for someone (you or family). He himself might enjoy the song more that way 🙂
Another thing we want to point out is that Vishaan is singing when the instruction is to LISTEN. Could you please make him conscious of that too? Listening correctly is halfway to learning a song, so its necessary kids develop the habit of listening well too. He has understood and done the exercise very well otherwise.
Look forward to hearing more from Vishaan and meeting him again soon. 🙂
