Welcome to the course and so glad to see your first recording here! Did you have fun making funny faces with FunnyMouth? I see you’ve sung very well! Keep up the good work and here are some stars FunnyMouth and Tootly have sent for you ✨✨✨✨✨
Dear Parent,
Welcome to the course. We hope your child is enjoying the learning process and is getting comfortable with the Tootly user interface. Please feel free to ask us any questions in this regard. We’ll do what we can to ensure you are able to continue smoothly.
Adwik has a good, strong voice. This first exercise is to help kids free up their voices, become conscious to their ‘singing’ (vs talking, shouting) voice and understand the listen-sing mode of learning. He has sung the exercise correctly, independently and well. Please see our point-wise feedback below:
Confidence and Independence – excellent
Understanding of the concept or exercise – excellent
Pitching – excellent
Rhythm – not applicable for this exercise
Overall control (volume, breath etc) – good* (see note below)
Pronunciation/ recollection of lyrics – excellent
Note: We could see that Adwik was singing slightly louder than required. While it hasn’t affected this exercise, we also want to sensitise the children to volume and using their ‘singing’ voice vs a shouting voice. We will monitor this in his next few assignments and give you relevant notes if required. It could also be a result of using headphones (since he is hearing louder, he is singing louder) – do check. 🙂
In every lesson that needs a recording to be done, you can scroll down and click on the RECORD button there. Continue listening and signing as usual. Once down, click STOP recording and download your file with just 1 click. On the submission page, you can attach the relevant file to continue. This way you don’t need a second device for recording. Hope this helps.
For any queries – you can always email us at [email protected] or ping us on the whatsapp button on your screen.
We’re really happy to see him smile and enjoy, and sing so confidently right from the first lesson!
